Anju Sharma is a writer from multiple places in India. 

Her short stories and creative nonfiction have appeared or are forthcoming in The Maine Review, The Forge Literary Magazine, Witness Magazine, Nelle - University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) publication, and other places.

Anju's work has shortlisted for the 2022 Bridport Short Story Prize, 2022 Willesden Herald Short Story Prize - judged by Jarred McGinnis, longlisted for the 2022 Desperate Literature Short Fiction Prize.

She is a Witness Magazine Literary Awards 2023 finalist in the nonfiction category - judged by

Melissa Febos.

She is presently at work on a novel and a collection of short stories.
